Service Description

This service includes: • All gear sets visually and dynamically checked • All noise issues identified and eliminated (3 major causes) • Repairs to cluster rear bearing journal, mainshaft nose, input nose and input seal journal • Drive flange reclaimed to prevent the bolt heads from spinning upon assembly and re-sleeved with hardened stainless sleeve • Oil pump checked for wear and correct operation • Viton hi temp - hi speed seals • KSM / NSK ball bearings - the front bearing spacer is ‘sized’ to allow correct fitment of the bellhousing • EN36 high strength cluster shafts • Synchro rings and hub / sliders re-engineerind to better than new - now you can change down at speed, like on a modern box, with no crunching or hesitation All boxes are blasted, internally Glyptal coated and externally epoxy primed, leaving no bare, uncoated area. All alloy bead and vapor blasted to give that ‘all new’ look. All hardware plated / stainless. Run up on test bed to ensure correct operation and check for leaks. No stone is left unturned.
